జలవిద్యుత్ రంగంలో మైలురాళ్లు..
పునత్సాంగ్‌చు-II ప్రారంభం: భారత్ సహకారంతో నిర్మించిన 1020 మెగావాట్ల పునత్సాంగ్‌చు-II జలవిద్యుత్ ప్రాజెక్టును ప్రధాని మోదీ మరియు భూటాన్ రాజు సంయుక్తంగా ప్రారంభించారు. ఇది ఇరు దేశాల ఇంధన సహకారానికి ఒక తిరుగులేని చిహ్నంగా నిలిచింది.
రుణ సహాయం: భూటాన్‌లో కొత్త ఇంధన ప్రాజెక్టులకు నిధులు సమకూర్చేందుకు భారత్ రూ. 4,000 కోట్ల రాయితీ క్రెడిట్ లైన్ (Line of Credit)ను ప్రకటించింది.
పునత్సాంగ్‌చు-I: స్తంభించిన 1200 మెగావాట్ల పునత్సాంగ్‌చు-I ప్రాజెక్టు ప్రధాన డ్యామ్ నిర్మాణం పనులను తిరిగి ప్రారంభించాలని, దానిని వేగవంతం చేయాలని ఇరు దేశాలు అంగీకరించాయి.

కీలక అవగాహన ఒప్పందాలు (MoUs)..
ఈ పర్యటనలో ఇరు దేశాలు పలు కీలక రంగాలలో సహకారం కోసం మూడు ముఖ్యమైన ఎంఓయూ (Memorandum of Understanding) లను ఖరారు చేశాయి:
- పునరుత్పాదక శక్తి (Renewable Energy): సౌర, పవన, బయోమాస్, గ్రీన్ హైడ్రోజన్ మరియు ఇంధన నిల్వ వంటి రంగాలలో సహకారం కోసం ఒప్పందం.
- ఆరోగ్య సంరక్షణ (Healthcare): టెలిమెడిసిన్, మాతా శిశు ఆరోగ్యం, ఔషధాలు మరియు పరిశోధన సహకారంతో సహా ఆరోగ్య సేవలను బలోపేతం చేయడం.
- మానసిక ఆరోగ్యం (Mental Health): మానసిక ఆరోగ్య సామర్థ్య నిర్మాణం కోసం భూటాన్ PEMA సెక్రటేరియట్ మరియు భారతదేశ NIMHANS మధ్య ఒప్పందం.

ఎరువుల సరఫరా: నిత్యావసర వస్తువులు, ముఖ్యంగా ఎరువుల సరఫరాలో భారత్ చేస్తున్న కృషిని భూటాన్ ప్రశంసించింది. కొత్త ఒప్పందం ప్రకారం పంపిన ఎరువుల మొదటి కన్సైన్‌మెంట్ రాకను ఇరువైపులా గుర్తించారు.
కనెక్టివిటీ: ఇరు దేశాల సరిహద్దుల్లో కోక్రాఝర్-గెలేఫు మరియు బనార్‌హత్-సామ్త్సే రైల్వే లింక్‌ల నిర్మాణ పురోగతిని సమీక్షించారు. గెలేఫు సమీపంలో పెట్టుబడిదారులు, సందర్శకుల కోసం ఇమ్మిగ్రేషన్ చెక్ పోస్ట్ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని భారత్ ప్రకటించింది.
సాంస్కృతికం: వారణాసిలో భూటాన్ ఆలయం, అతిథి గృహం కోసం భూమి కేటాయించాలని భారత్ నిర్ణయించింది.
